Guarantee, Returns and Exchanges

Guarantee

Every single crystal necklace is hand made to the highest quality. However, if it arrives damaged or faulty, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving it.  We will arrange to repair or replace it.

Please note, crystals have natural variations in colour and appearance. The differences are not considered faulty or damaged under the guarantee.

Also, crystals make look slightly different in colour to the examples shown on the website due to differences in display devices. Again, this is not considered faulty or damaged under the guarantee.

Returns

Stock
While we are positive that you will be absolutely delighted with your crystal necklace, we get that sometimes things happen and you may need to return it.

We are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price of your crystal mala necklace on the following conditions:
  1. The crystal necklace has not been worn.
  2. The crystal necklace is returned to us in the same condition it was sent within 30days of your purchase.
  3. It is not a discontinued item.

Refunds do not include the shipping costs, if any, and return costs are at your expense.

Custom Necklaces
There are no refunds on custom crystal necklaces. We will continue to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges

Stock
We are happy to exchange your crystal necklace on the following conditions:
  1. The crystal necklace has not been worn.
  2. The crystal necklace is returned to us in the same condition it was sent within 30days of your purchase.
  3. If the new crystal necklace is cheaper than the original, we will refund the difference (excluding shipping costs). Please allow 5 business days for this to occur.
  4. If the new crystal necklace is more expensive that the original, the difference in price must be paid prior to shipping of the new crystal mala necklace.

Exchanges do not include the shipping costs, if any, and return costs are at your expense.

Custom
There are no exchanges on custom crystal necklaces. We will continue to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
